Tinder Box Cigars

Purveyors of fine tobaccos & gifts since 1973

ALL,

Club Puros of Charlotte, NC has completed the collection and packaging of the cigars that we are sending to the troops. We are sending the cigars out this week and wanted to take a minute to thank EVERYONE who donated cigars and their time to this effort. We would also like to send out a special thanks to Craig Cass and the staff of the Tinder Box of the Carolinas stores who served as collection points and stored the cigars for us. There was 230 cigars collected from members and the public for the troops and Craig matched ALL Donations to send to the troops for a total of 460 cigars to send to the soldiers overseas. The Tinder Box also donated Montecristo Humi-Sticks to include with the shipments so they arrive in smoking condition. Club Puros is also including stainless steel double guillotine cutters for the troops so they will have all the items needed to enjoy a fine premium hand rolled cigar as a small way to say THANK YOU for all they do.

OUTSTANDING John!! As a retired veteran and father of an active duty airman who has served in Korea, Iraq and Afghanistan, please pass on to your club members, and the Tinder Box, my sincerest appreciation to your thoughtfulness and generous "care package" you are sending our troops serving in harms way. Club Puros should be commended.

Warmest Regards

All,

I would like to say THANK YOU!!! Once I opened the box with the cigars at work, everyone suddenly appeared and was asking about them. For the next half hour we stood around "the box" and smelled the cigars. The best part is at least I know where to find my boss, in the smoking area. I really don't have the words to convey what "the box" means around here. Once again thank you very much.

All,

Thanks for the cigars. They are greatly appreciated and will be enjoyed. We will take some cool pics and I’ll send them to you soon. I will also be flying an American Flag on my helicopter to send to you, ceremoniously folded, for you to frame and hang. If you could get me a physical address, I’ll get that to you as soon as I can get it done.

Thanks again for your support,

Sean

Hi Chris and Club Members,

Thank You for the cigars that you all sent. They where very nice to get something besides candy in the mail. I'm pretty popular with the officers right now for they are wanting some of the cigarsso I shared them. So me of the NCO's and EM's have got some too but mainly the officersreally like me now. They all say Thank You very much for all the cigars and caring and support you are all showing by sharing your cigars with us. I will work on trying to get pictures but me not the photo person (Smiles). But I will write to all that I get mail from.

Subject: Thank You Club Puros for the Cigars

Gentlemen,

I would like to thank you all for the great cigars you sent to me over here in Iraq. We truly appreciate it. We go out on missions daily and there is no better way to wind down than to kick back and smoke some cigars. My team and I are truly grateful for you generosity and thoughtfulness. Attached is a photo of my team, CAT-A 24, smoking cigars on Thanksgiving and what also happened to be my birthday. We were out in Indian country for several days and living was rough but the cigars made it alright. Thanks again Club Puros. I hope you like the photo.
