Join us at Cutter's uptown on Thursday, February 16 from 5:30-8:00pm for the Charlotte release of Rocky Patel's Winter Blend. Traditionally this cigar is a big full complex smoke and the 2012 blend holds up. To offset the big Winter Blend flavor, we are pairing his Xen Robusto. This mild to medium cigar has been one of the best new performers of 2011. Our guest of honor is Cutter's regular Kimber Bell....the new Rocky representative for NC. Cost per person for the two cigars and Cutters Signature Appetizers is $15.00.
